I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Plaza Premium Lounge, and I must say the experience was great, providing a perfect sanctuary before my flight. The lounge environment is clean, modern, and beautifully designed, offering comfortable seating, reliable Wi-Fi, and a decent selection of food and beverages. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making the waiting time fly by. While the amenities were excellent, the true highlight of my visit was the outstanding customer service, particularly from a front-end staff member named Manpreeth Bhatia. Manpreeth was the first point of contact, and she immediately set a positive tone for the entire visit. Her demeanor was professional, incredibly welcoming, and genuinely warm. She handled the check-in process swiftly and efficiently, and when I had a quick question about the facilities, she provided a clear and cheerful response. Manpreeth's attention to detail and proactive engagement with guests are truly commendable. She represents the very best of hospitality, and her excellent service significantly enhanced my time at the lounge. Thank you, Plaza Premium Lounge, for maintaining such a good standard, and a special thank you to Manpreeth Bhatia for her brilliant work! I highly recommend this lounge to any traveler looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service.

I am writing to recognize the outstanding service I received today from one of your staff members. I had an issue with my Priority Pass not scanning because it was close to expiring. It could have easily turned into a frustrating situation, but the person assisting me handled it with exceptional professionalism and care. I didn’t know her name at first, but I looked at her badge afterward, and that’s how I know it was Upneet H. She tried every option available, kept me reassured the entire time, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and her approach turned a stressful moment into a positive experience. Went there for dinner en route. Chicken pasta was great. Desert esp maple marble cake was good. Great service by people serving. Thank you. Vegetable options, potato salad, cucumber.
