The Light House Cowork - 4810 50th Avenue

This place is such a wonderful, quiet, welcoming space amidst the chaos of life! I travelled to visit a colleague of mine who has an office here and it was the perfect retreat. The co-working space allowed me both to travel to visit a friend and also work from one of their rented offices. The space itself has warm lighting, bright colours, and all different kinds of seating and spaces to suit your needs. The office I rented was incredibly reasonably priced, had a big window, a desk, and even a monitor to use while there. It was everything I needed to complete my work. As a human who is autistic and has ADHD, the various lighting, rugs, cooler temperatures (with optional space heaters), and large spaces provided a sensory heaven! PLUS they have the most delicious latte machine I’ve ever encountered … and I travel a LOT. Worth it for the lattes alone. Lighthouse also provides you with a snack cart filled with a ton of different options and a fridge for lunches, etc. If I lived *anywhere* in the vicinity, I’d rent a private office in a heartbeat. 10/10 worth it.

If you haven't had a chance to visit this gem and staple of the Leduc business community, you are truly missing out. This is a beautiful, well-kept and welcoming space for all. Whether you are attending an event, renting a meeting room or coming for a place to work, this space is inspiring and the staff and members are helpful, kind and supportive. I love being part of the Light House Cowork community.

I have a home office, but I find it impossible not to be distracted there. That's why I come to the Lighthouse. I love coming here because everyone is so friendly and the space is warm and inviting. There are tons of different seating options and private shared offices for rent (which will be useful for proctored exams!). As someone who has been WFH for 9 years and recently attending online courses, the best thing this space has done is help me connect with others and keep my social skills in check! I am also able to focus and get a lot more done here than at home. The Lighthouse has everything I need, including free coffee ☕.

I have used many co-work spaces throughout Alberta, and this is the best one that I have been to/used. It has various meeting rooms, a large wellness space, board rooms, conference rooms, and office space. The staff exhibits and provides excellent customer service, and the management team is willing to adapt to specific needs. They also provide advertisement for companies. There are a lot of amenities for refreshment and for any office needs – coffee, printer, kitchens, etc. The atmosphere is warm and cordial. It has a lovely general area, as well. It is located in a beautiful old heritage building in downtown Leduc. I would definitely and highly recommend this space to other professionals and businesses. I have been using this space for about 3-years, and continue to enjoy my experiences. I am so glad that I found this space. Chris Walton

I'm such a fan of The Light House Cowork! The space itself is always clean, bright, and spacious, while still feeling cozy and comfortable. I've been a member for a few years now, and while the endless cups of coffee, wifi, and phone booth are all great perks (among many more), it's really the community that makes this place special. The people I've met here are so kind, genuine, and welcoming. I've grown both personally and professionally through the connections, inspiration, and resources I've found at the cowork. The meeting rooms & coshare offices have been a huge help for my small business. I love booking them for in-person client meetings and longer Zoom calls. The booking process is simple through the members app and there's convenient parking my clients. The team at The Light House is amazing! They're attentive, thoughtful, and they truly make you feel part of a community. If you're thinking about joining...you should! Besides the cowork being a productive and comfortable place to work, you'll find encouragement, collaboration, and friendships that make it so much more than just a workspace. That definitely has been my experience here!
