Smart Executive has given us the most professional service over the last six years we have had an office with them. Top notch service by Cory, Heather and staff, always in high spirits and willing to help in an instance. LOTS of parking and easy access to all over the city. Even better than our experience with Regus. Highly recommend Smart Executive Centre.

My second time renting a space from the Smart Executive Centre, thank you for the seamless and professional experience! I needed a boardroom to stage a photo shoot for my business. Cory gave me a tour of the facility (three boardrooms in various sizes and styles). The building looks very professional, the foyer is beautifully decorated with a water feature and the reception is welcoming and very accommodating. I needed to schedule my photo shoot for a weekend - Cory and Heather arranged for me to get access to the room despite being outside of regular office hours. Everyone is friendly and nice. I rented from them last year and due to the great experience just booked with them again. Highly recommend!

Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Mount Royal Executive Centre has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Calgary Executive Centres.
