Very good building and amazing business center. Enjoy the free inclusive coffee, with the rent. The office is managed by Vanessa, whom is very cheerful, does an amazing job and brightens up the office and everyone's day with her positive energy

I have been renting an office from Stratus 534 since March. They have a perfect location right on 17th Ave. Offices are well maintained and equipped with everything you need. They have 2 boardrooms that are available for booking at any time of the day. What’s the most precious for me is the way they treat their tenants. Vanessa V is the one who is making this place special. She will help you to find the best solution for any business needs you might have.
