Went from a great experience to a horrible experience. Was shown multiple offices that fit our pre-defined needs that we provided them, invested time to revisit the space a few times with the team over the course of a couple weeks, then when we asked for the lease to be provided, were told by the leasing agent that what we were told was available that fit our needs, would cost the owners of the floor about $600 to make some adjustments (that had been previously promised to us) so they refused to do it because it is not "cost effective" for them. Knowing we wanted to lease 1 to 3 offices from them for over a year and add more to get to 5 by the end of 2023, and then hear that their $600 investment into doing what they promised they would do was too much for them, was extremely disappointing. Clearly shows that while they try and sell "customer experience is the value you get leasing from us", their bottom line $$$ is way more important to them. Sad.

Amazing shared spaces! Kim and Mark in particular are absolute superstars who have fantastic communication and are extremely responsive to any queries i have sent to them. I plan on being a long-term client due to their excellent customer service, great downtown Calgary locations and great offices!
