Be careful with Regus. I was charged more than what was stated in the agreement, and they renewed the contract without clear consent. Would not recommend.

As their customer of the Virtual Office & Mailing Address service, I'm very disappointed. I started in June 2024, and for a few months, they were charging me additional fees I didn't subscribe to. It took them around a month to finally cancel it after I complained. But the most frustrating thing for me was just today when I received my forwarded mail from June 2024. Right now, it is April 2025! Some of that mail is important correspondence from CRA. They never notified me about this mail and held it for almost 10 months, even though I'm in the same city. It's so disappointing and frustrating.
