How will I be notified when a WeWork member books a reservation?

You’ll receive booking notifications the same way you do today through CoworkingCafe.  

Where do WeWork members see instructions for check-in and using my space?

WeWork members receive confirmation emails with your space details and instructions. These are pulled directly from the information you’ve already set up in CoworkingCafe or Deskpass 

When will I receive payment for bookings made through the WeWork Affiliate Network?

Payments are made within 30 days after the booking is completed. 

Do I need to change anything in CoworkingCafe to participate?

Nope. Your listings, availability, and pricing are already synced automatically. There’s no extra setup required. 

Will my pricing and availability automatically sync, or do I need to manage it separately?

CoworkingCafe and Deskpass: Pricing and availability remain managed in CoworkingCafe or Deskpass. Any updates you make there will automatically update for WeWork members 
 
Hubble: If your space is connected via Hubble, your WeWork listing is not yet synced to your Hubble profile. Updates made in Hubble (including pricing, availability, photos, and descriptions) will not appear on WeWork at this time. We’re working to enable deeper integration, but we’re prioritizing getting your space live on the WeWork Affiliate Network first. 

What reporting will I get for reservations made through WeWork?

WeWork Affiliate reservations appear alongside your other reservations in CoworkingCafe under Bookings > Manage Bookings and in your Booking Report.

How do I cancel a booking?

Log in to Coworking Manager using the credentials we provide, then go to Bookings > Manage Bookings, locate the reservation, and select the ••• menu on the right to cancel. 

How do I approve a booking?

If you setup requires booking approval, you will receive an email to approve or decline the booking. If you have access you may also log in to Coworking Manager using the credentials we provide, then go to Bookings > Manage Bookings, locate the reservation, and select the ••• menu on the right to cancel. 

Are there any additional fees or commissions associated with these bookings?

Yardi does not charge additional fees specifically for participation in the WeWork Affiliate Network. Your standard commercial terms apply.

Who do I contact if I have questions or need support?

If you’re logged into CoworkingCafe, you can use the Intercom chat (bottom-right corner) to contact our team. You can also reply to the reservation notification email or send a support request to CoworkingCafeSupport@yardi.com. 

How is customer service handled if a WeWork member has an issue with their booking?

WeWork manages its member communications. If an issue comes up at your space, you’ll handle it the same way you do for any other booking, with Yardi support, if needed. 

Can I opt out of the WeWork Affiliate Network later if I choose?

Yes. If you decide not to participate, contact our team and we’ll remove your space from the WeWork Affiliate Network.
