Coworking operator Resident Company Club has signed a 15-year lease agreement for 13,000 square feet on the fourth and fifth floors at Manhattan’s 113 University Place, marking the company’s second location since its debut earlier this year.
Resident’s first Company Club, located at 115 E 23rd Street, east of Madison Square Park, opened its doors in September, and focuses on AI and tech startups, VCs, and Post Exit Founders.
The new Manhattan space, located just 12 blocks away from the first, is projected to open as early as March 2026, and will become a consumer & ecommerce-focused Company Club, specifically designed for consumer-brand founders, brand-growth partners, and consumer-focused investors. This location will provide company studios, dedicated desks, shared desks, and part-time offices.
Resident Company Club’s members-only model, which evaluates each company before joining, helps maintain a strong collaborative environment by putting community, curated offerings, and growth at the forefront.
