Knotel has launched a new, 38,000-square-foot, flexible workspace in a newly renovated, two-story warehouse at 2143 NW First Ave. in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. Marking the company’s first U.S. location, the Knotel at Wyncatcher will provide a variety of private offices, open workspaces and work lounges.
The coworking space at Wyncatcher draws from Knotel’s Old Sessions House in London. Its collaborative design is meant to attract a diverse range of businesses, including technology and designs firms; creative agencies; and fast-growing brands.
Besides the blend of open and enclosed workspaces, the building also comes equipped with a rooftop terrace; an on-site restaurant; and a bar drafted by Cotidiano Group, a Guadalajara-based hospitality brand.
“Miami is undergoing a dynamic shift in how people live and work,” said Samantha Phillips, vice president of North American operations. “As a global hub for creativity, technology, culture and, of course hospitality, it aligns naturally with the Work Club experience that we’ve already built in London … Miami is seeing an influx of companies relocating their headquarters, a rapidly growing population and increasing demand for flexible work solutions. Hybrid work is now the norm, yet few spaces combine hospitality, culture and programming to support real business connections.”
In addition to the deal at Wynwood, Knotel signed a 10-year lease agreement for an 18,000-square-foot office space located at 2751 S. Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach, Fla.
