Office Evolution — a U.S. coworking and flexible office provider serving entrepreneurs, small businesses, and remote teams — is expanding its Jacksonville–Town Center location in Florida to meet growing local demand for adaptable workspace solutions.

The center is adding nearly 3,000 square feet to bring the total footprint to 13,549 square feet. The upgraded space is set to open in early 2026 and includes 14 new offices, expanded kitchens, a coworking lounge, two phone booths and updated meeting rooms. Meanwhile, technology improvements will feature dedicated fiber internet, a private VLAN and sound masking for added privacy.

Franchise Owner, Michael Wielgus, who operates two additional Office Evolution locations in Jacksonville, Fla., said the expansion reflects a shift in how people want to work.

“More professionals want a workspace closer to home, without the long commute or long-term commitments,” Wielgus said. “We’re seeing steady growth from local small businesses as well as companies opening satellite offices in Jacksonville.”

This is the second major expansion at the Town Center site since 2021. Across its three First Coast locations, Office Evolution supports more than 1,300 members in industries including logistics, finance, legal services, real estate and IT. The Town Center location will also continue hosting networking and community events for members.
