Leading coworking provider Work.Life is set to expand its presence in London with the opening of its largest location to date in Farringdon. Scheduled for this summer, the new 32,000-square foot site on St Cross Street will significantly grow the company’s portfolio by adding more than 54,000 square feet across two locations, including Work.Life Borough, which launched in July 2024.
The new Work.Life Farringdon location will feature more than 40 private offices ready for teams of all sizes, from startups to established companies. The site is designed with multiple breakout areas that encourage interaction and networking among members. In addition, the space will offer a dedicated event area capable of hosting up to 90 people, along with a podcast studio and screening room to provide businesses with the tools to host events, create content and engage with clients.
Members will also enjoy Work.Life’s signature wellness programming and regular networking socials curated to support both professional connections and personal wellbeing. Additional on-site perks include secure bicycle storage, showers and a pet-friendly environment.
The St Cross Street location joins Work.Life’s existing presence in Farringdon, an area known for its mix of small businesses and established companies. Conveniently located near Farringdon, Barbican and Chancery Lane stations, the new site offers easy access to the rest of the city.
