What is WorkCafe?
WorkCafe is a flexible workspace platform powered by Yardi that helps companies discover and book coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and private offices. WorkCafe is built to drive demand from small businesses, distributed teams, and enterprise organizations looking for workspace globally.
How is WorkCafe connected to Yardi Listing Network?
WorkCafe uses inventory from Yardi Listing Network, which includes listings already distributed through marketplaces and booking platforms such as CoworkingCafe, Deskpass, Hubble, and others. If your space is connected to Yardi Listing Network, your listings will appear on WorkCafe.
Will I need to create a new listing for WorkCafe?
No. Your existing listing information, photos, inventory, pricing, and availability will continue to be managed through your existing Yardi Listing Network integration.
Do I need to do anything to start receiving WorkCafe bookings?
For operators with a completed Yardi Listing Network setup, no action is required. If your onboarding or payment setup is incomplete, you’ll need to complete those steps before you can receive bookings and payouts.
When will WorkCafe launch?
WorkCafe is launching with a limited group of beta customers in June and will expand over time. As adoption grows, more booking opportunities will become available across the network.
How will bookings come through?
Bookings will continue to flow through the same systems and integrations you use today. There are no new tools or workflows required to receive WorkCafe integrations.
Are there any additional fees or commissions associated with these bookings?
No. Yardi does not charge additional fees specifically for participation in WorkCafe.
How do payouts work?
Payouts will continue to follow the same process used for other bookings received through Yardi Listing Network. If your payment information is incomplete, you’ll need to finish setup before payouts can be issued.
What happens if my payment setup isn’t complete?
Your listings will not be displayed on WorkCafe if payment setup is incomplete.
How can I verify my setup?
Simply email listingnetwork@yardi.com and our team can review your account and confirm that your listings and payment details are configured correctly.
Can I choose which inventory appears on WorkCafe?
Yes. You control the inventory made available through your Yardi Listing Network setup. If you’d like to review which workspace types, rooms, or locations appear on WorkCafe, our team can help.
Can I opt out of WorkCafe later if I choose?
Yes. If you decide not to participate, please contact our team and we’ll remove your space from being visible in WorkCafe.
