Co-warehousing and coworking provider Elevator is expanding to Lincoln, Neb., this fall, opening a 25,000-square-foot location on the fifth floor of the Atrium building. The move brings flexible warehouse and office space options to downtown entrepreneurs and small businesses.
The Lincoln site is Elevator’s fourth in the Midwest, following locations in Omaha, Neb., and Des Moines, Iowa. A Kansas City, Mo., launch is also planned for fall. The company offers short-term leases that combine private offices, micro-warehousing and shared work areas tailored to growing businesses that need adaptable space without long-term commitments.
Positioned between the Haymarket and Telegraph districts, as well as within walking distance of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and the state capitol, the Atrium site blends central access with purpose-built space. Features include meeting rooms, a rooftop deck for community events, as well as downtown views and plenty of natural light.
Members will also benefit from Elevator’s logistics support, including an on-site shipping and receiving station designed for businesses with light warehousing needs.
“Lincoln’s entrepreneurial spirit and strong sense of community align perfectly with Elevator’s mission,” said Emiliano Lerda, cofounder and CEO.
Founded in 2021, Elevator has served more than 350 small businesses across the region by offering infrastructure, flexibility and a collaborative environment for early-stage growth. A waitlist is now open for businesses interested in securing early access and founding member discounts. More details at elevatorspaces.com.
