Expansive Wauwatosa is a fantastic coworking space and community. I utilized a dedicated desk for about a year while in a remote position and found it very worthwhile. The space is modern, well-kept, and has an enjoyable atmosphere - big shoutout to the community manager, David!

We've been Expansive Wauwatosa tenants for 4+ years and couldn't be happier! The building is absolutely amazing — plenty of space, well-maintained, and really impressive. But what truly sets it apart is the management staff. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. You can tell they genuinely care about their tenants. Highly recommend!

We utilized the temporary office space at Expansive during a construction project at our main office. With multiple employees and varying schedules, we needed a convenient and efficient space for our team. Expansive was just that! Our team appreciated the digital entrance capability, the private and quiet office space, the pristine facility, and the friendly staff. The location just off the highway made for easy access around our appointment times. Dave, the property manager, was reliable, friendly, and made the entire experience a breeze! Thank you to Expansive for meeting the needs of our team while we were displaced these past 2 months.

David (onsite contact and “concierge”) is great! He’s accessible, informative, helpful, and keeps the common spaces clean and tidy. The Super Bowl trivia contest and st Pattys drinks were a nice touch. Great location and parking is easy.
