Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Expansive.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Expansive Wauwatosa? How about for a day or a month?

  At Expansive Wauwatosa, Medium Conference Room 2s and Small Conference Room 3s can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Expansive Coworking Lounges, Expansive Training Suites and Medium Conference Room 2s are also available. In addition, Expansive Private Office for 1-2s, Expansive Private Office for 3-4s and Expansive Private Office for 5-6s can also be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I visit Expansive Wauwatosa before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?
