As a creative entrepreneur, having a public facing office space is a real accomplishment, and I'm so glad that I took a chance stopping by one day to see the building! Now my publishing and creative agency (GNectar Publishing) has an office where I can meet clients and host events to the public without breaking the bank as I work to grow. The place has free parking, multiple meeting rooms, a gym, a podcast room, rock climbing wall, bulletin boards to post flyers on, multiple restrooms, and a nice combination of other businesses in the building that are all small business owners just like me, making it work!

This place has been an amazing place to work. Great environment and energy. Dale has been really easy to work with very accommodating to our business needs. I’m so glad we decided to give this place a shot.

This is truly a one of a kind office space. From the exterior you might think you’re walking into an old dusty building, but once you enter you’ll be met with characters galore and an abundance of amenities. I’m talking ping pong tables, a gym, a golf simulator, fairly priced snacks and beverages, and much more. In addition to all of that the proprietor of the building is also a pretty solid dude.
