I went here for a couple months over the summer and then stopped in June. In August, I started getting charged $150 for a monthly membership I never signed up for. Nobody answers the phone, there's no email listed on the website, the contact form returns an error when you try to use it, and there's no physical location to go talk to somebody since the old location shut down and the new one is under construction.

Do not book a room here this building has shut down permanently.

Billing experience felt misleading. I purchased a 5-day coworking pass for a single month. At no point during the online checkout or in-person conversation was I told this was a recurring subscription. In fact, I toured the location in person and explicitly confirmed with staff that “5 days for one month” meant one month only, non-recurring, and they verbally confirmed this. Despite this, I was charged again the following month without my authorization or consent. The recurring subscription was not disclosed at signup and was only discoverable afterward by digging into the account settings. This charge was unexpected and not agreed to.

I'm surprised by the largely 5-star ratings. It's OK but not great, after visiting today. That was a bummer because I was excited about the location and potential. I'm looking for a bright workspace, adjustable desks and good chairs, and good monitors. I couldn't find that combination at this location. There is, indeed, quite a bit of clutter. There are some adjustable sit/stand desks, but several are not functioning. There are some monitors to use, but they're actually Magnavox televisions with very low resolution. The person working the front door was helpful and direct, but not very welcoming. Could I have made it work? yes Would I have paid for it? no
