I lived in Kenect Nashville in 2024 and it was amazing. I had to move back to Florida to finish my studies and moved to Kenect again this year. So far, it has been a terrible experience. I have a faulty led strip in the kitchen that they took a month to come look at. And said they would order the piece. After 2 weeks inquiring about it, they simply taped it, and it is broken again. Now, 2 weeks ago, the HVAC Stopped working, and I sent requests on 5 separate days, and all they did was reset it something I have been doing already. I went in person to speak to your team, and their solution was to keep sending requests. But the HVAC is clearly showing different error codes. Now in the same weekend water pressure gets very low. So in the same weekend I need to live in an apartment close to 90 degrees, almost without water and can’t cook properly without a flashlight at night
The team was amazing we loved renting out a space to conduct our company interviews here!
Never anyone at the desk so food and packages get stolen often and outside areas have roaches
Edited: I understand that there was a lot going on when I put in this review and appreciate the issue being resolved. I really do see that the team here does care about doing a good job, if perhaps overwhelmed for various reasons. *Sidenote, whoever picks the music for the building needs a raise. Always a great vibe, and I'm always shazaming artists while waiting for the elevator. There could be improvements in communication and process improvements. Its a pleasant enough place to live as a student. But there have been times when I don't think management cares or that people who work here want to take people who live here seriously. After being required too move to another unit for the summer term, after living here for a year, there were several things wrong with the new unit and after more than a week later I am still waiting for a microwave. When I followed up on getting a time frame, I was told "it was not an emergency." I don't think the person who told me this realized how unprofessional that sounded... And if she was in my shoes, someone who lives in a studio with a tiny kitchen, not having a microwave( that also functions as an oven) seriously decreases my cooking capabilities. Especially not having the vent. I'm pretty furious with the lack of urgency or concern.
I absolutely love living here! Ken, Madeline and Tori are awesome.
