Coming from Portland and being part of an amazing workspace, I was very impressed with Serendipity. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The views are awesome and the space is comfortable. I tried another place before Serendipity and it wasnt close to the quality here. Next time I need a workspace I'm coming back! They definitely help up to their rep with all the perfect ratings.

This was a wonderful space with friendly staff and other co-workers! Everything is well run, easy to access, and safe. The building, views and surrounding neighborhood are beautiful as well!

I can't say enough good things about Serendipity Labs! I first started coming a few years ago, a week at a time, when I was visiting my in-laws and it was so easy to get started and provided a calm, productive escape from the chaos at home. Once I moved to the Rochester area and began working fully remote it was an obvious solution to rent a space here. I am so happy that I did! Marla and Courtney are truly exceptional—supportive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in creating an environment where you can do your best work. I look forward to coming into the Labs every day!

Holy cannoli! I love this place!! I spoke at Serendipity Labs yesterday and was blown away. The space and views and absolutely beautiful. Best views of downtown Rochester I have ever seen. I did a talk there yesterday in a small group setting and the space was perfect. It lent itself to not only me talking, but incredible engagement and discussions with the attendees. And my experience there, well let's just say Courtney Valentino is the Queen of Customer Service. Everything was first class and I encourage you to stop by and get a tour!

I absolutely loved working out of Serendipity Labs! The space is always incredibly well-maintained. Huge shoutout to the staff, Marla and Courtney. They are always so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Highly recommend!
