I do not recommend this company. I moved in and they did not clean the carpet or make any updates. I asked for cleaning which the owner refused which led me to move out. Now that I’m moving out they want me to paint which I was never told that I need to do. And I was told today that they will keep a portion of my deposit for not painting. I work hard for my money and do not agree with this. When I was moving in they gladly took my money and now they do not want to give me my full security deposit . Do not rent a suite here. They are unresponsive when it comes to following up with my security deposit and move out steps.

I am a tenant in suite G-18 and I highly recommend this place! The location is perfect and the receptionist is always incredibly helpful.

I rented this office space for my massage business, and it has been a wonderful experience so far. The environment is clean, professional, peaceful, and very welcoming for both me and my clients. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere creates the perfect setting for relaxation and wellness services.

My experience at this place was disappointing. The customer service was terrible, as the reception staff seemed more interested in their mobile devices than in attending to visitors. When I asked for directions, I was ignored. I felt unattended to and believe the lack of attention and respect towards customers is unacceptable.
