I rented this office space for my massage business, and it has been a wonderful experience so far. The environment is clean, professional, peaceful, and very welcoming for both me and my clients. My experience at this place was disappointing. The customer service was terrible, as the reception staff seemed more interested in their mobile devices than in attending to visitors. When I asked for directions, I was ignored. I felt unattended to and believe the lack of attention and respect towards customers is unacceptable.
