Great co-op work space with an urban upscale feel. We have rented the conference room multiple times as well as event space- it’s beautiful and has seating and screens for seminars and workshops. I was always able to reach someone and get what I needed. We will be back.

An owner who doesn’t care and is never there. The owner of this place(Tim) is NEVER present. Dude is always in Florida and doesn’t care about this place. It looks like an abandoned warehouse, and with an owner who doesn’t show up(has he even seen it?) you’re better off working ANYWHERE else. Stay far away from this place. Tim embodies neglect, negligence and treating people as a way to make money more than a community. This place is a DUMP!!!!

Tried calling half a dozen times throughout the day, no answer. not sure this business is legitimate. Best to play it safe and go with Regus instead, they have multiple locations in Lex.

Very cool space with accommodating owners and knowledgeable staff. If you need a space to work, or run a small startup, this team will do everything in their means to find you the right spot at an affordable rate for downtown proximity.

I was losing my mind working from the house. On a whim I stopped in to try the co-working space. Friendly staff, great lineup of businesses ( nice seeing some old friends here). Quiet, coffee, strong internet connection, conference rooms and walking distance to the YMCA ( I'm not fit enough to walk across the street and work out at to Proof. If my consulting work increases I will rent an office, those are really nice with great natural light. It's great being back down in Lex.
