I personally enjoy working at the "Work Simple" building. Management is wonderful to work with. Laray the general manager is so nice, personable, cares about the residents of the building and manages the residents needs in a timely manner. The meeting rooms are spacious and beautiful.

We couldn't be happier with our office at Work Simple in Westminster! From the day we moved in, the experience has been excellent. Laray, the property manager, is a big part of what makes this place great. She's friendly and responsive, and she goes out of her way to make sure tenants have everything they need. Any question or request we've had has been handled quickly and with a smile. The building and offices are newly renovated and very well kept. Everything feels clean, modern and professional, which makes it a great place to work and to welcome clients. The common spaces and amenities are also a real plus. They're comfortable and well designed, and they make the day-to-day workday more enjoyable. If you're looking for office space in the Westminster area, I highly recommend Work Simple!

Great space for co-working! I never have issues finding a seat with access to outlets. The kitchen and coffee are a great plus. And Laray, the Manager, is especially kind and helpful. I highly recommend this space for anyone needing short or long-term work or meeting space!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the very beginning, Leray has been absolutely wonderful. She was the person who showed me the available office spaces, explained how everything in the building works, answered my questions, and made me feel genuinely welcome. What has impressed me most is that she didn’t simply show me an office and leave it at that. She took the time to introduce me to the community within the building and even invited me as her guest to networking meetings, which gave me the opportunity to meet other local business owners and begin making connections as I start this new chapter in my business. Leray has such a warm, kind, and welcoming personality, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about the people and businesses in the building. Starting a new business can feel intimidating, but having someone like her there has made the experience feel exciting and welcoming instead. She is doing an exceptional job, and I am incredibly grateful that she was one of the first people I met on this journey. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to my new business community. ❤️
