⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the very beginning, Leray has been absolutely wonderful. She was the person who showed me the available office spaces, explained how everything in the building works, answered my questions, and made me feel genuinely welcome. What has impressed me most is that she didn’t simply show me an office and leave it at that. She took the time to introduce me to the community within the building and even invited me as her guest to networking meetings, which gave me the opportunity to meet other local business owners and begin making connections as I start this new chapter in my business. Leray has such a warm, kind, and welcoming personality, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about the people and businesses in the building. Starting a new business can feel intimidating, but having someone like her there has made the experience feel exciting and welcoming instead. She is doing an exceptional job, and I am incredibly grateful that she was one of the first people I met on this journey. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to my new business community. ❤️

This space and its management are fantastic. They think of everything, to the tiniest detail. I’ve had several meeting in this space and each experience has been professional, high tech, and held a very positive energy. Ample parking. Flexible terms. Highly recommend!

This is a really nice facility with affordable long term office options. Laray Pineda was very helpful in answering questions and helping to make sure we had everything we needed for an office space. The building is a clean and quite and they have done a good job in making it a nice environment for getting work done.

This was a perfect interim solution for our team for about a 9-month stretch. Surprisingly, we are sad to see our time at Work Simple winding down. During our time here, we came to appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the co-working space, the self-serve coffee kiosk that was installed, and the responsiveness of Laray and her team if/when the need for help ever arose. Clean, easy and efficient (at a very reasonable price), which is exactly what we set out looking for!

This space is great! Ample parking, very clean and well designed office spaces of all sizes to promote productivity. The office manager is very friendly, and quick to respond, amenities are top tier and always stocked. Couldn’t recommend more!
