Small Meeting Room | Same Day Virtual Offices - 835 Wilshire Blvd

My organization moved into Serendipity Labs in the summer of 2025, and we’ve had a great experience. The location is excellent, the space is welcoming and professional, and the amenities make it an easy and enjoyable place to work. What really stands out, though, is the team. The staff are wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. They’ve made us feel welcome from the beginning and have helped create a real sense of community. I’m very happy we chose Serendipity Labs for our office and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, well-managed workspace in a prime location.

Serendipity Labs is an AMAZING coworking space, and AMAZING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Not only is it centrally located in the financial district of downtown Los Angeles and is within walking distance to public transit and a plethora of restaurants and shops, but the staff at Serendipity Labs is courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I had the privilege of meeting Dominique who gave me a tour of the facilities. He outlined the amenities, the packages, and the benefits of the coworking space; and I was so impressed I signed up for a 10-Day pass THE SAME DAY. The next day when I actually went to the office to work, once again I was so impressed that I UPGRADED to the unlimited plan that same day, and I've been on that plan ever since. If you are looking for a great coworking space that has all kinds of features and benefits for a fraction of the cost of other coworking spaces, I would DEFINITELY consider Serendipity Labs! Mark my words when I say...you will not be disappointed.

The staff was very accommodating during my short two month stay. I paid a flat monthly fee that was reasonable for the private office I used. I would highly recommend anyone interested in coworking spaces to at least try out Serendipity Labs. Their location is located right next to 7th and Metro Center making it very convenient for easy transportation.

A total slam dunk.

Can't wait to be served again!
