Small Room (West) | Expansive Cooper Crossing

Over the years, we've been located in several different office buildings, and being at Expansive has been the best property management experience we've had. Our property manager, Griffin Perry, is always quick to respond and easy to reach whenever we have a question or need help. If a maintenance issue comes up, it's taken care of fast. We never have to follow up or wonder what's happening because he keep us informed every step of the way. Griffin and his staff are also genuinely pleasant to work with. Every interaction is friendly, professional, and helpful. Having a property manager who communicates well and follows through makes a huge difference, and it shows in how well the building is maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Expansive.

My coworkers and I LOVE Expansive @ Cooper Crossing. It's a beautiful venue with many different meeting spaces to choose from. It's clean, upscale and professional. Griffin is a pleasure to work with. I throw him a lot of curve balls and he always comes through with rock star results.

Expansive is a great place for small businesses. They have a wonderfully landscaped complex with conference rooms. They keep their bathrooms very clean and are always attentive to our maintenance requests.
