My company has been a tenant at Cooper Crossing for over a year and have loved our time here. Issues are always resolved quickly and the managers are always attentive. Would recommend to any business looking for a new office in the area.

Over the years, we've been located in several different office buildings, and being at Expansive has been the best property management experience we've had. Our property manager, Griffin Perry, is always quick to respond and easy to reach whenever we have a question or need help. If a maintenance issue comes up, it's taken care of fast. We never have to follow up or wonder what's happening because he keep us informed every step of the way. Griffin and his staff are also genuinely pleasant to work with. Every interaction is friendly, professional, and helpful. Having a property manager who communicates well and follows through makes a huge difference, and it shows in how well the building is maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Expansive.

Such a great place to work from! The building is clean, the common areas are well maintained, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful. They do a great job making the space feel welcoming. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you need office space or a coworking option.
