I’ve been coming for the better part of a year using the common work area. It is quiet and very well managed with affordable options. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working from Office 146 for the past two weeks using the day pass, and it’s been a great experience. The space has a cozy, warm vibe that makes it really easy to focus and enjoy working, in addition you can have free drink ( coffee, tea, etc) Everything was well organized and smooth, from the amenities to the overall atmosphere. I’m very happy with my time here and definitely plan to come more often to work from Office 146!

I spent today at a Christmas lunch at Office 146 and had a really great experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a really nice, festive vibe throughout the space. They had prepared a lot of food, everything was well presented, generous, and felt thoughtfully put together rather than just “catered.” The staff were friendly and attentive, and it was easy to relax and enjoy the time there. Overall, it was a genuinely enjoyable day, and I’d happily come back to Office 146 for future events.

We leverage this space for a weekly onsite meeting that brings our team together. The flexibility of utilizing break out rooms, the enterprise grade internet and the added onsite staff support takes it over the top. We always see a 10x return when we utilize a this space. Better alignment and a perfect solution for our needs - the free parking is also a major bonus. Highly recommend (we tried all the coworking places in the area and found this place to the best).
