Our serviced offices are on the 30th floor of one of Cape Town’s most iconic buildings, The Box (formerly known as Atterbury House), which is currently undergoing a face-lift.

Box-Office benefits from a full time reception with receptionist/host, uncapped Wi-Fi, 24/7 access and a prime business address. Tenants can make use of amenities such as phone booths, informal meeting booths, a shared kitchen which includes coffee, tea and filtered water, the external balcony and utilities (water, lights, electricity) are included.

Our space is located in the heart of the city with easy transport links. Need coffee? We're surrounded by Cape Town's best coffee spots and if prefer something a little stronger, you can enjoy a drink at one of our city's finest restaurants or bar. And not to worry, you can burn all those calories by cycling to work and using our buildings bike storage. Walk to gym, yoga or boxing. Then, lets get cultured at First Thursdays, art galleries, museum nights, rooftop cinemas and more!
