• Can I visit Viettel Building before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Viettel Building and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with MindX.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  Viettel Building is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.  

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Viettel Building? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Viettel Building has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. Additionally, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
