Lễ tân nhiều lần không liên lạc được - chúng tôi cũng đã gọi check vài lần. 3. Chúng tôi yêu cầu chấm dứt hợp đồng vì chất lượng dịch vụ nhưng email phản hồi chậm hơn 10 ngày. 4. Nhân sự bán hàng đưa thêm dịch vụ không cần thiết vào hợp đồng và giải thích không rõ ràng. 5. Văn hoá phản hồi thiếu chuyên nghiệp, luôn biện minh, đổ lỗi, và không hề có một lời xin lỗi, hay thiện chí với khách hàng. Chúng tôi mất 2 tháng tiền cọc, nó có thể không lớn nhưng nó là bài học cho chúng tôi, và nếu bạn đang cần lựa chọn một office tin cậy, tôi nghĩ Compass Offices không phải là lựa chọn tốt cho bạn!
