• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with The Durlacher.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at The Durlacher? How about for a day or a month?

  At The Durlacher, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available. In addition, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

  It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Durlacher, who is more than happy to help out.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at The Durlacher provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions.
