What was good: 1. Staff attitude was friendly 2. The room looked stylish 3. Free apples and oranges tasted good BUT There is plenty of room for improvement. 1. The Wi-Fi was not usable for all four of us. 2. The TV was not functioning. 3. The shower temperature was difficult to adjust. 4. Breakfast appeared to be understaffed. (They chrage $10 for two eggs) 5. A serious mistake by the staff created a safety risk and inconvenience. We were initially given a room that was already occupied by another guest. We opened the room using the key card provided by the front desk and unexpectedly encountered the guest inside. If I were the guest whose room had been entered by strangers, I would have been extremely upset. After returning to the front desk to get new room keys, we carried three suitcases again to the new room, only to find that it was the wrong room type. (We requested a twin room.) Because this entire process took a considerable amount of time and energy, and we also needed to leave for another appointment, we informed the front desk staff and asked them to continue handling the issue while we were away. When we returned to the hotel later, we were told that no twin rooms were available. Instead, we were upgraded to a room with one bed and a sofa bed. However, only one comforter was provided for the bed. When we requested an additional one, we were told that only a thin blanket was available. As a result, I woke up twice during the night because of the cold. (The heater was quite noisy.) The overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Variable resort fee of 12% per night is a complete scam! Grant was amazing during check-in.

The staff were extremely welcoming and very accommodating to all the incidents that my party incurred while on our stay. The manager was extremely kind and understanding, helping us at every step of our travel journey. 10/10 would stay again!

The hotel staff was extremely welcoming. We were at a frat formal which is known to be chaotic, but they were very understanding and allowed us to have fun with very fair rules for the stay. We had a great time and got along very well with the staff and it was a fantastic stay. The dog at the front desk roaming the hotel was so cute I would recommend going to the hotel just for that!
