I love these properties because they are so dog friendly. I think that is one of the best things about gravity haus. They are so welcoming and the lobby’s smells amazing and are so clean. The views are beautiful on property and the staff are all so welcoming. Driving distance to downtown Jackson is about 20 minutes. The hotel offers a convenient and affordable location. Keep in mind they do have an off season which is about mid October to day after Thanksgiving so a lot of stuff is closed.

We had booked a stay for our aunt and uncle’s 50th wedding anniversary—at 82 and 93 years old, this was an especially meaningful occasion—and Abraham immediately went above and beyond. He congratulated them and even offered them a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate. ❤️ We reserved a Deluxe King with a View, and let me tell you, it was worth every penny! The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and packed with thoughtful amenities, including a fireplace and the coziest, fluffiest robes. Knowing our aunt and uncle had some mobility challenges, Abraham even made sure their room was just a short walk away. That level of thoughtfulness says everything about the kind of hospitality this place delivers. But what truly sets this property apart is the service. Abraham didn’t just do his job—he made our family feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. He made sure our aunt and uncle had everything they needed, offered wonderful recommendations for dining and activities, and treated their anniversary like the special milestone it was. This is what five-star hospitality should look like! It’s rare to find a place where the accommodations are fantastic, the details are thoughtfully considered, and the staff make you feel like you’re the most important guests in the building. Abraham accomplished all three. If you’re considering staying here, BOOK IT! You will not regret it. We will absolutely be back, and I sincerely hope Abraham knows how much he contributed to making such a special anniversary even more memorable. Staff were excellent. Location is excellent. Amenities and rooms were poor. Only washing machine on premises was broken. Kitchenette had dish soap but no way to dry anything. No where near enough electrical outlets for today's technology needs.

Room was clean and spacious, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot tub was large and very relaxing on a chilly evening. Even for the offseason I felt very accommodated.
