I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. From start to finish, I felt like I was being scammed. I originally rented the office space specifically so my moving business could establish a legitimate location and get verified on Google. Before signing, the property manager assured me that the space would work for Google verification. It never did. The office setup was inadequate for verification, so I ultimately never even used the space for the purpose I rented it for. I then tried to get out of the agreement. I was told that it would automatically terminate, and I even received confirmation in writing that my account was supposed to terminate. Instead, the billing continued and the situation dragged on for months. What was supposed to cost me around $5,000 ultimately turned into more than $8,000 paid. I also had to fight over charges and my $830 security deposit. Every time I thought the issue was resolved, there seemed to be another charge, invoice, or problem. Eventually, I paid what they were demanding because I was completely sick of dealing with the situation, not because I believed the charges were fair. As a business owner myself, I understand contracts and that businesses need to get paid. What I don't accept is being told one thing before signing, another thing when trying to leave, and then continuing to be charged after being told in writing that the agreement was supposed to terminate. Save every email, invoice, and written promise if you choose to do business with them. I certainly would not again.

Overall, really nice office spaces and fairly quiet. Reception kind of sucks like really bad though. And someone keeps destroying one of the restroom toilets and it ends up out of service for like a week or two. Never any toilet paper. And there is only two bathrooms to begin with. Would really like some more attention to detail to these things to make it 5 stars.. thanks.
