Its a very nice venue. Rosholt homecoming is there tonight and it looks modern, elegant and very roomy
Excellent staff, flexible, and local! It’s hard to top that. But they will! By assisting local artists of various avenues and hosting events, no other organization can compare with what CREATE offers. Truly!
Well where do you start since crate moved into Berkshire at the Grove since they moved in there. Berkshire has locked all the hallway doors so they don’t have people from crate wandering through the halls which has made it very hard for the residence. My Mother lives there. She fell in her apartment because the hallway doors have to be locked. The EMTs were not able to get to her. We are allowed to get in the building, but in order to go visit our families we have to have a fob now to get to the hallway doors in order to get that fob. We have to pay $50 and have a background check just to visit our loved ones because crate has moved into this building I honestly think crate needs to solve this problem and figure out how to keep the people that are going from crate in their area. It’s their business not Berkshire’s. We all now suffer. And I swear if something happens to my mother because they now have to lock these doors and they are trapped I will be hiring an attorney

Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with CREATE Portage County.
-
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
-
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with CREATE Portage County, who is more than happy to help out.
