The Venture Project is a very cool place. We rent out their space from time to time for company meetings and love the atmosphere and vibe. the owner and staff are very accommodating and easy to work with. From what I understand they also rent out space in a coworking model. Very cool idea for small businesses just starting out.

I would like to say our project doesn't happen without the Venture Project Space as well as El...He catered to our needs and was always problem solving with us and coming up with solutions and using his connections to make things happen. Our documentary production team could not be happier with the space provided. We initially rented a very specific space within the building but our needs quickly multiplied and El was able to make some new locations within the building possible for interviews sets. Great experience and would not hesitate to partner with this company. I consider El a friend now and he genuinely seemed concerned about our success while in town. Thanks again for your flexibility and your vision to create the space you guys have created.

The Venture Project is a great office location for any business, entrepreneur, or employee to utilize whether its a monthly office rental or a day pass like I use when I need a quiet space to hold a meeting, have a recording session, or meet with a client. The staff are fantastic, and I have been so blessed to have made many connections with others in our community as well as a graduate of the Vetrepreneur Program with The Venture Project and Salute the Troops!

5/5 Stars The Venture Project is pretty awesome! It’s got everything you need to stay productive and feel comfortable while working. The private offices are legit, the cubicles are great if you need a bit of focus, and the phone booth is clutch for private calls. They’ve also got super comfy couches and some solid coffee to keep you fueled. The staff? Let’s break it down: El is the SHIT—seriously, he makes this place what it is. Wyatt is cool AF and brings a great vibe to the space. AJ? Eh, he's okay, I guess. Overall, it’s a great spot for getting work done, meeting cool people, and having a good time while you hustle. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a co-working space with personality!
