I’ve been with Spaces a year and a half now and I just renewed my second lease and I would not recommend this company to anyone moving forward to start off. The prices are extremely unreasonable and not only that the customer service is very poor and the internal operations are very underhanded and scammy So I was prompted to renew before a certain day to lock in a certain price before that date even arrived. I was reaching out to representatives in order to negotiate the terms. It went weeks without someone reaching out to me, then inconveniently once they charged me when they heard that I was going to just move out for that month and then come back when my new lease started. They Drafted money from my Retainer account without my consent Without noticein order to force me basically to pay a higher price that had not been agreed-upon And I attempted to reach out multiple times to Customer Service In order to Voice, these concerns in bring to the attention that it was not my fault that their representative failed to reach out to me in that a lot of timeframe. Why am I being held liable when I say you would have a better chance of winning the lottery, then getting someone to contact you within a timely manner And another odd thing about this company is when they steal money from your account they don’t refund your Money they want to give it to you in credits on your Spaces account instead of refunding the money from the account that they stole it from So it’s basically forcing you to give them money either way I will not recommend this business for new businesses. I will not recommend this company for small businesses. I will not recommend this company if you’re thinking that you’re gonna get a transparent contract in relationship because that is not the case they will charge you for things that they won’t even discuss with you and you would literally have to ask what is discharge and what is that charge for it to be brought to your attention otherwise they just keep charging you and as I said, they don’t refund you they issue credits to your Spaces account I’m currently looking for another space so that I can discontinue my partnership with this company. The integrity of this company is not good at all. The internal workings is not good. The customer service is not good. They do have good locations but it’s not worth the price it’s not worth the headache and it’s not worth the experience so anyone entering in a partnership with this company should be extremely cautious when it comes to billing and money anything with billing, you need to be very cautious and on top of your statements, etc. throughout the month they don’t communicate properly they don’t follow up. They make it extremely hard to get in contact with them. It’s it really gives that it’s a scam operation.

Wish it could be zero stars!!!!!I never went forward with business with company, yet I have an account with them, was told I needed a credit card to have business with them, which is why I never done business with them. No keys received anything!!!! When I call them they never answer!! NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO SUE MEEEE!!!!

Good option but people don't respect the open cubicles. Many people walking to and from the private offices on speaker phone calls. Place could use better cleaning crews too. My desktop had dried food and the kitchen counter/sink was disgusting. Other than that, the front desk guy was super helpful and kind Update: the "owner" has responded below and it's extremely unhelpful. What would I log a ticket after the fact? For what- cleaning? Or to complain about the others talking? That's administrative tasks that your team should handle at the moment. Also you can't find my account with the information I provided? I didn't provide information. This is a review. 🙄 Thanks for helping me decide on giving it another go-its a no for me .

They have a new system, so you can only get customer service if you log in. Guess what happens when logging in is the issue? Yup, you're on your own. Can't pay your rent because you can't log in? Well you should've planned for that.

This is a robbery-- stay away from them. They renew your contract without your approval and still send you to the collection agency. When you are dealing with collection agency, they still take money from your bank account and one morning when you wake up you will see a ZERO balance on your checking account because Regus took all the money that they believe they can invoice you. I am in the process of taking legal action. Dont even think a second, just stay away from this company if you wanna keep your bank account secured.
