Great experience! The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here before but the cleanliness in the bathroom was not to be desired. Toilet seat broken, asked to be fixed and was not. I finally had to do it. I asked for soap in the shower and whoever went in left their boot marks all over the shower and bathroom floor. No greeting as a Platinum member, no offer of free gift as a member and did not check requests for high floor(put on first floor). Hoping next stay will be better.
