Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

With a monthly membership, Fruition MKE - 819 North 27th Street offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.

Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go. It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Fruition MKE, who is more than happy to help out.

Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Fruition MKE - 819 North 27th Street? How about for a day or a month?

Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Fruition MKE - 819 North 27th Street has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs for an entire day.

How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction. For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity. Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

We each had a chicken provolone wrap that was very good! The store setup is super cute. Our first food during our first time in Milwaukee! Thank you, and I love the name of your space!

What an absolute gem of a place! The staff were wonderfully welcoming and friendly, the coffee was excellent, and the workspace is immaculate. There are also delicious pastries, and lots of cute gifts you can pick up for your loved ones (especially if that loved one is you 😉).

We were looking for a warm and inviting spot for breakfast. A few blocks from the b&b we were at, this place was perfect. Great service, coffee, and food that surprised us. PLUS, so much art to experience on the walls and wonderful people we chatted with. We were far from Brooklyn, NY, but want to thank you for making our morning!
