I have had an office space at Regus on Greenway for about 13 years. At first, it worked well for me. However, the service has become very poor. I rarely go in to the office because I have a shop at home business. I use the Regus office location primarily for Google Maps and to have a reliable answering service. While it has worked for Google Maps, the answering service is terrible! Originally when I started, someone local would answer the phone. This person knew me and knew about my business. Now, some random person answers and they consistently give incorrect information. I am able to listen to the calls remotely: I am an appalled at what I hear. The caller is typically put on hold for a very long time.....and many times the caller simply gives up and hangs up. I would discourage anyone from using Regus at Greenway in Middleton at this point in time. In fact, I am looking for alternatives after all of these years.

Checked this place out because I just wanted a quiet place to work outside of the house. The place was completely empty, and negotiated a decent monthly rate to work out of the space. I was at the space for one day and was hit with 3 different invoices totaling over $600... I never received a badge for access, never received an assigned desk, never had anyone explain to me the fee structure. I immediately canceled and indicated this was not what I signed up for. Their representative simply stated to pay the invoices or collections will be in touch with you. Unless you're deliberately looking for a headache, i'd look elsewhere for co-working space.

They completely ripped me off charged me for mail and wouldn’t let take any mail for a new business that never existed before. I filled out paperwork with a wet signature and they refused it. They kept adding on services and charging me for them. They would let me list my business on google which is the entire reason we did this. Thousands of dollars for nothing. Absolute scam artists. Should be in jail.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE / SCAM I was only in need of an office for one week and on their website it's unclear whether or not you can easily cancel if you sign up for a monthly plan. So I called and talked directly to a sales person who kept trying to sell me on the space that I already decided I wanted and needed. I explained my situtation and that I only needed one month. While on the phone they contacted their manager and confirmed they could do this and that once I signed the contract they would set it up so it was immediately canceled. They assured me that I would not be charged—they clearly understood that was why I called and didn't sign up through their website. The next week I was in the rented office space, everything was fine. I noticed in the app there was an option to cancel my account under my profile so I set a reminder on my phone to cancel at the end of the day on Friday so as not to affect my access to the office during the week I was there. That Friday was December 15th and that morning they billed my credit card FOR JANUARY. On the 15th of the month??? I tried calling multiple times and was never able to get through to a person. I ended up submitted a help request through their website and when I received a response the person was entirely unhelpful and basically told me there was no way they would refund my money. Additionally, during the week I was in the rented office, I received 3 emails from 3 other sales people on their team trying to get me to sign up for a membership I was already signed up for and each time I told them I was already signed up. I've called, sent emails, and as a last ditch effort requested a dispute on my credit card. Because this sales person told me verbally and I have no written record of it I was not given the chargeback and am out $140 for something I did not use. Honestly, the worst part is that I would've totally used them again but this completely unreasonable response has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

I did not order extras they told me it was a flat rate, and then the add ons came. I canceled all my services, and 3 months later, I received a bill for auto renewal. And now I'm having to waste my time with this. Not small, biz friendly! The sales staff lied to me.. I never even entered the building to use its services. Total scam. I work with 2 other Co-work spaces, and companies both do a better job... call: Focus Co-Corking Great spaces and easy to work with.... Replying: 07/25/2023 I have contacted regus multiple times, and they still can not give me an answer or a person to talk to. They sell it as a final price, and then they start adding the required add ons after.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • To truly understand what Regus - Madison West - Middleton has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.
