This was my second experience at Hot Yoga and I just LOVE IT. I love how she explains the positions and goes into depth about the stretch and benefits from them. The scented cool towels at the end are a major plus. The environment is relaxing and soothing, just right. Definitely worth it to give a try.

I truly loved the experience of taking my headshots! The Progress Center for Black Women helps a lot of entrepreneurs in so many ways, and I am one of them! I love Jazmyn she is truly dedicated to helping us. You can truly feel it in her spirit she wants too! I also want to just give credit to Sabrina Madison for having such an amazing foundation! Providing workshops for us and also things like this, headshots. They were complimentary, something all business owners need. She is always looking out for the best interest of the entrepreneurs here in the community! Thank you so much for also bringing Julia in, she her work is amazing and she makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
