After 20 years of operating a small legal practice, I made the change to Serendipity Labs co-working space. Preparing for the move I was nervous about leaving behind my old business model. Those concerns melted away immediately upon operating out of my new office space. Thanks to the amazing hospitality of the staff here, I can focus on my legal tasks. Gone are trying to remember to buy coffee/water for the office. It's here, every morning for me and my clients. After a week of sitting in the chairs I brought with me, I asked for a desk chair with more cushion. The staff brought me a chair within 2 minutes. Using her degree in design, the manager here hung art work in my office space for me while I was on vacation! No longer am I spending energy on remembering to empty the trash, interrupt my work to sign for a package, or stock the fridge with water. My productivity has improved more than I would have imagined. My only regret is not moving in earlier!

The Madison Serendipity Labs location gives our team exactly what we need. Dedicated group and solo office space with great views. The facility is always clean and the staff are always so friendly!

I recently started using the coworking area at Serendipity Labs in Madison, and I couldn't be happier! The space is not only beautiful and well-maintained, but it also offers the perfect environment for my small business with options for private offices and meeting rooms when I need them. Serendipity Labs has been amazing to work at and has exceeded my expectations. The place is extremely clean. The staff is really nice. The space has everything you need and it's amazing that I don't have to drive into downtown Madison to get a best-in-class co-working space. Also the building it's located in is around tons of different food options and the building itself has many amenities like a gym, golf simulator, free coffee, and more. Super cool spot, highly recommend

Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team.
