I cannot recommend Regus based on my experience. As a psychiatric practice, privacy, professionalism, and consistency are essential. Unfortunately, my experience with Regus fell well short of those expectations. During my lease, my office suite was changed with very little notice, creating unnecessary disruption for both my practice and my patients. The office setup and services I was promised during the sales process were not what I ultimately received. Communication was inconsistent, and it often felt like I had to spend significant time following up to resolve issues that should have been addressed proactively. As a healthcare provider, reliability matters. Frequent changes, lack of support, and operational issues created additional stress during a time when my focus should have been on caring for patients rather than managing office problems. I understand that unexpected situations can arise in any business, but I expected better communication, greater accountability, and a stronger commitment to the services that were advertised. Based on my experience, I would encourage healthcare professionals and other businesses that require a stable, professional office environment to carefully evaluate all of their options before signing a lease with Regus.
