Im considering relocating to WI and stopped in for information. Erin was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to my needs and although I’m not ready to apply for a home she made me feel like she cares. Thank you Erin!

Landquest is a horrible rental company I stayed in one of there properties for 3 yrs and decided to to leave I told them I will not be resigning the lease and will be moving out the unit at the end of my lease term in writing 2 months after I moved out I find out landquest filed for a eviction and was served by a sheriff with a ledger they said I didn’t return the keys not true they also charged me two months of rent that was already paid this company is money hungry and liars I called the property manger and she had the nerve to act like she had no clue who I was it’s sad that there’s rental companies like this they made it so hard and damaged my credit all because I no longer wanted to rent with them please be careful with renting with this company there are better companies in Kenosha and Racine

Try entering units without notice if they think no one is home. Admitted they gave a contractor a master key to all the building units after he tried entering with no notice and got angry and began yelling and trying to force the door open anyway when I said no. Had the hold the lock until he stopped. They promised he would not be coming for maintenance anymore but then gave my phone number to another man who showed up with the same guy! Promised coin laundry would be installed years ago but never did. Unprofessional stuff who will gaslight instead of help. And try to charge an outrageous fee if you leave early due to unsafe DV related reasons AND them violating the lease multiple times on top of it. Not a safe company with the people they hire, especially if you live alone. Would definitely recommend avoiding renting with Landquest, and if you do, have a camera inside. Was hoping to not have to take legal action, but seems worth it now.

This company is definitely a scam. Do not do an application with them. They're just taking application fees and then giving the runaround saying that each unit is taken. Me and my husband both filled out an application and for two units I was told that it was taken. They never responded to me after everything was done on my end. When I tried to set up dates to view the units they just kept saying that it was taken. So do not waste your time in filling out an application and paying the fee because they just want the application fee. If the application fee wasn't refundable that should not have been texted to me from Cayla the administration assistant that it was refundable. I still have the text message in my phone if you don't believe me.
