I had a similar experience to Steven's. Billing, fees, and canceling my membership with Regus have been a nightmare. Be wary before signing a contract with this company — look at the many complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. I was charged a late fee while signed up for autopay and I still have not received a refund. The autopay and cancellation processes are shady. Autopay is charged 2 weeks before the month begins. I thought I had cancelled my service and even called the office manager, Liz, to confirm. Two weeks later, I find out that it had not processed correctly and then I was charged for another full month. Overall, I ended up paying for 2 months when I was not in the building. I am still receiving bills from the company 3 months after attempting to cancel (a $47 cleaning fee for a small cubicle area I left spotless). Nicci from sales and Lu, the office staff member, were friendly and helpful. Aside from that, my experience with management and customer support have been extremely poor.

Billing and hidden fees have been an absolute nightmare. We had an issue that eventually lead us to request a "FINAL INVOICE" - was told in writing by customer service reps that the payment I was making (well in advance of scheduled payments I will add), was the final payment I would ever need to make to Regus. Three months later I received an email from Lou stating that the same balance was past due. I sent her the confirmation of the previous payment and was told it would be corrected. I then heard a few weeks after that I have a new outstanding balance, and now a pending late charge as well for something that they forgot to bill me on. So far, they have not even acknowledged their written commitment of the "final bill." This whole thing feels like a setup to get me to pay an additional late fee. I have attempted to escalate this to other customer support people and have not been successful. So I'm completely stuck in this situation. I will also add that renewal is "all about the details" auto renew is crazy how they set it up and absolutely feels predatory. I would recommend any other service over Regus. DO NOT USE.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
