I would not recommend Regus based on my experience. When I rented my office, nobody from the sales team ever verbally mentioned that I would be charged nearly $1,000 in “restoration services” at the end of my term. Had this been clearly disclosed during the office tour, sales process, or lease signing discussions, I would have seriously reconsidered renting the space. After moving out, I returned the office in the same condition it was provided to me, yet I was still charged a substantial restoration fee. When I disputed the charge, the response was simply that it was buried somewhere within the Terms & Conditions and House Rules. My issue is not whether the fee exists in the contract. My issue is the lack of transparency. A company of this size should clearly explain significant end-of-term charges upfront rather than relying on customers to discover them later in lengthy contract documents. The office itself was fine, but the way this fee was handled left a very negative impression. Transparency and honesty during the sales process are important, and unfortunately that was not my experience with Regus. I will not be using Regus again and cannot recommend their services to others.

Rented from them for 1 year and vacated April 30th. I have yet to have the retainer returned. I have informed them on numerous occasions that the retainer has not posted to my bank account. I have asked that they simply mail a check since it is clear that for whatever reason, the electronic transfer does not work. They refused and have not responded to my latest mail. I initated a complaint with the BBB. I am sure that will go nowhere. It looks like I'll have to initate a small claims action. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to go through all of this to get my security deposit back. The reply from the business below is infuriating. I did what was requested initally. I can not initiate another ticket. I signed into my account today and that is no longer an option available to me. This is probably because my account is closed and they thought they addressed the issue weeks ago.
