BEWARE!!! WORST SCAM EVER! They have so many added fees hidden in their fine print. Move out cost is RIDICULOUS. So we put our card on file and they charged the "retainer" and 1st month rent but because we didn't check the box as a default they charged us $707 on top of our rent. Crazy charges for move out also and the front office girl in the Vancouver office is EXTREMLEY RUDE!!! RUN! NOT WORTH IT. For two month rental it cost us 5k for a supposed $700 a month office space.
