I used Colab for about 4 years during a transformative period of my business. I enjoyed my time there quite a bit. Had a couple of negative experiences with some of the other tenants that I think could have been addressed with more rigor by the staff, but overall I can say that I recommend this space. I like the openness. Cubicles are soul-draining.

Unfortunately when I first reached out I was initially given incorrect information about them being dog friendly. They told me they were, but in fact do not allow dogs in open spaces. I have now wasted at least an hour of time, gas driving most of the way to them, and still don’t have a place to work for the day. They offered that I could book a meeting room for the full day at $15/hr which was completely unaffordable. I am giving one extra star for polite communication, but I think they should have done more to accommodate given that their mistake led to the situation I was in.

I've been working here in the open desk area for a couple weeks now. It definitely has the open office PNW tech office vibe I missed from working in downtown PDX before we went remote. The price is reasonable for me, given that if this wasn't here, I might have rented another apartment just to get out of the house, lol! (Which btw is totally absurd, I'm only kinda joking.) The atmosphere is like library meets coffee shop, hoping for a Cheers scenario as I come more often.

Had a small issue on our own end that the receptionist/operator was able to help with. Talk about stellar customer support. Very kind lady that was helpful and even remembered me. Our whole team here is appreciative of the help she provided. Major kudos to her.
