They do just enough to get you to sign the contract. Once that is done, at least for me the service was just bad. So many things were supposed to be done that were not done. If I could end the contract and move on I would. I will be cancelling and leaving when I can.

Kaylee was extremely helpful in helping us book this location. She was very kind, friendly, and easy to work with. She helped answer questions and patiently worked with us to ensure we had the perfect booking, including making sure the facility would be available for us at the early hours we needed. It was a great joy to work with her and I am most grateful for her tremendous assistance!

I spoke to one of the receptionists on the phone. I believe her name rhymed with camera. I had a fantastic experience speaking with her. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions! The quality of customer service was outstanding, and I truly felt valued as a customer. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent office rentals.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, not only this location but the company at all. Just avoid the headache and frustration. I subscribed for a mail forwarding service and cancelled before activating, one year later they are charging $150 for something made up.

We have sent Regus receipts from August 2023 to Jan 2025. The salespeople and front desk staff at Regus are nice and professional, but this company operates on deception. We were happy for a while, but ultimately, we realized that Regus is focused on greed—taking your money while delivering nothing but expensive false promises. Services are not provided as advertised, the help desk is abysmal, and customer service is horrendous. The False Promises: Regus promises a lot: “Use our team as your own,” receptionists answering calls, welcoming guests, a professional reception area, world-class IT infrastructure, secure and ready-to-go internet, a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed printers, and a simple one-page agreement—all for one all-inclusive price. In reality, these promises are empty. The advertisements are misleading, and nothing is more misleading than that so-called “one-page agreement.” Personal Tragedy Meets Corporate Indifference:On March 6, 2024, I held my mother’s hand as she passed away in the hospital. That same day, Regus demanded we submit access badge information within 24 hours or face lockout. Given my situation, I couldn’t respond in time. When I later explained why, Regus showed no compassion or flexibility. Our Experience: We’ve been long-time Regus customers, starting in 2012. We initially chose them for their advertised simplicity—a one-page agreement that included phone, internet, utilities, and services at one inclusive price, plus the flexibility to opt out after 3 months if we weren’t satisfied. The office decor was nice, the staff were professional, and although the price was high for an 82-square-foot office, it seemed fair given the all-inclusive package. The center manager reiterated the terms in writing: “If you are not satisfied with Regus, you can opt out after 3 months. This allows us to offer you 4 months of free rent on a 12-month agreement while ensuring you’re happy with the service.” Shortly thereafter, we received a one-page agreement. It listed the agreement date, our office number, the monthly fee, and waived setup fees for phone, internet, and several months of free rent. There were only six sentences under "Terms and Conditions". A few days before we moved in, Regus sent a price list detailing additional mandatory fees for furniture, keys, parking, VoIP, kitchen amenities, and more—none of which were mentioned in our agreement. Over the years, Regus continually added fees without explanation, such as kitchen service charges, even when we made it clear we didn’t want them. Confusingly, none of this was included in the “one all-inclusive price.” Things took a serious turn for the worse in late 2020 when we began receiving overdue payment notices, despite paying on time. Regus had quietly changed the due date on invoices while also never disclosing a due date in the agreements , demanding payment weeks before the start of the month. The due date was not listed in the agreement or terms and conditions or house rules. IT Issues and Locked Doors: In 2022, Regus switched its VOIP phones to Ooma, rendering the phones and internet unusable for over a year. We were forced to buy our own LTE gateway just to stay operational. Despite countless attempts by the center manager to resolve the issue, her efforts were ignored by upper management. Regus only fixed the problem in 2024 after the manager left, and the area manager finally experienced the issue firsthand. Then came another Regus headache: locked doors. In September 2023, Regus announced with 6 days notice, that center doors would remain locked during business hours, requiring tenants to meet visitors at the door. Reception services were effectively eliminated, leaving us to handle security and visitor management on our own. This was a blatant breach of their agreement. When we raised concerns, Regus gaslit me. This also led to constant disruptions from people knocking on the door (delivery people, day office and meeting users who needed access but couldn’t get in because there was nobody at the desk).
