AVOID. I rented an office with a window there for around 6 months. For one week, they shut down the building (we received an email 3 business days before them doing so) with no internet and indicated they would be going in and out of our offices without our consent. They offered an alternative office in a different SURGE location (SURGEtacoma) that smelled of chemicals and gave me a headache. I emailed the manager, owner, and corporate to ask for a refund for the week because I had to WFH. They refused. This is a corporate company called “Office Hub” / SURGE branded as “Union Club” (the local, quaint historic downtown Tacoma vibes). Rather than hospitality and humility, you will get the corporate red tape experience.

Also excellent! Understand this building is very old, but kept up to be a beautiful place inside and outside. Loved the location. It was a new location to us.
